1、单动头和双动头半锻置换治疗高龄老年人股骨颈骨折比较[摘要]目的:比较单动头置换与双动头置换在高龄老年人($85岁)股骨颈骨折屮的治疗效果。方法:我院2004〜2007年共收治50例高龄老年(#85岁)股骨颈骨折患者,分为单动头置换组(27例)和双动头置换组(23例)。随访6个月〜4年,平均3.4年。对两组患者手术时间、手术出血量、住院时间、住院费用、并发症、关节功能及死亡率等进行比较。结果:两组患者平均手术时间、术屮岀血量、住院时间、并发症、关节功能Harris评分及死亡率比较,差异无显著性(P〉0.05)。住院费用比较,双动头置换纟R术屮多于单动头
2、置换纟R,差异有显著性(P〈0.05)。结论:在治疗高龄老年(285岁)股骨颈骨折患者的疗效比校屮,双动头置换对比单动头置换没有任何优势,而且住院费用高。对高龄老年($85岁)股骨颈骨折患者的治疗尽可能采用简单有效的手术方法,单动头置换完全可以满足该类患考的需要,是一个合理的选择。[关键词]股骨颈骨折;高龄老年患者;人工股骨头置换[中图分类号]R683.42[文献标识码]A[文章编号]1673-7210(2009)05(a)-036-03Comparisonofunipolaranclbipolarhemiarthroplastyinelderlyp
