2、细胞凋亡率和细胞内活性氧(ROS)的含量。结果HepG2细胞经不同浓度(100,150,200,250,300ttg.rnL)的地榆正丁醇萃取层作用48h,细胞增殖明显受到抑制,其IC5为222.87g·mL一。不同浓度(200,400,600gg.mL)的地榆正丁醇萃取层作用于HepG2细胞48h后,细胞的凋亡率和细胞内ROS的含量均明显高于空白组(尸<().05),且随着地榆正丁醇萃取层浓度的增加,HepG2细胞的凋亡率和细胞内ROS的含量也逐渐升高。结论地榆正丁醇萃取层可以浓度依赖性方式抑制人肝癌细胞株He
