2、摄入量。结果：能量平均值为1519．50kcal／d，蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物平均值分别为60．05g／d、38．91g／d和240．46g／d，磷、钙、钾、钠、镁、铁、锌、硒摄入量平均值分别为896．78mg／d、426．40mg／d、1646．25mg／d、839．20mg／d、282．70mg／d、17．49mg／d、7．99mg／d和40．83mg／d，VA、VC、VE、硫胺素、核黄素、叶酸、烟酸、VB6摄人量平均值分别为592．77i~gRE／d、83．52mg／d、5．25mg／d、0．88
