1、天津医药2014年1月第42卷第1期65芦根乙醇提取物对糖尿病小鼠肝糖原含量及糖原合成酶的影响宋佰慧程云龙辛禧瑞。姜京植。张默函【摘要】目的探讨芦根乙醇提取物对链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导的糖尿病小鼠肝糖原含量及糖原合成酶(GS)的影响。方法正常对照组小鼠10只,糖尿病小鼠随机分为模型对照组、高剂量组和低剂量组,每组10只。应用组织化学糖原(PAS)染色法检测各组小鼠肝糖原含量,应用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT—PCR)和蛋白质免疫印迹法(west.era-blot)法检测各组实验小鼠肝脏GSmRNA和蛋白的表达。结果PAS染色后模型对照组肝糖原含量明显减少,低剂量组、高剂量组较模型对
