1、加味桃红四物汤降低骨筋膜室内压的临床研究［摘要］目的:探讨加味桃红四物汤对骨折后骨筋膜室内压的影响,为临床防治骨室筋膜综合征提供有效方剂。方法：临床确诊为胫腓骨骨折和梯尺骨骨折患者共70例，随机分为治疗组38例和对照组32例，胫腓骨骨折均采用跟骨骨牵引、夹板固定，橈尺骨骨折均采用手法复位、夹板固定，治疗组加服加味桃红四物汤，检测治疗前、治疗后第1、2、3、4天伤侧相关骨筋膜室内压，对两组数据进行比较分析。结果：小腿治疗组治疗后第2天的骨筋膜室内压与治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,第4天骨筋膜室内压下降到治疗前的水平
2、；而对照组治疗后第1、2、3和4天的骨筋膜室内压与治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0・05）。两组之间比较，第2、3和4天的骨筋膜室内压比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）o前臂治疗组治疗后第1天和第2天的骨筋膜室内压与治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,第4天骨筋膜室内压下降到治疗前的水平；而对照组治疗后第1、2、3和4天的筋膜室内压与治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）o两组之间的比较，第1、2、3、4天的筋膜室内压比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0・05）。结论：加味桃红四物汤能降低骨折伤肢骨筋膜室内压，
