1、·1676·辽宁中医杂志2014年第41卷第8期DOI∶10．13192/j．issn．1000-1719．2014．08．050益气脱敏汤对小儿变应性鼻炎患者血清IgE、IL－4含量的影响刘玉(南京市中西医结合医院耳鼻咽喉科，江苏南京210014)摘要:目的:研究益气脱敏汤对小儿变应性鼻炎患者血清IgE、IL－4含量的影响，及两者相关性分析。方法:60例变应性鼻炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例，治疗组采用益气脱敏汤进行治疗，对照组采用氯雷他定进行治疗，观察并比较两组疗效及血清IgE、IL－

2、4值变化。结果:两组治疗结束时疗效对比无显著性差异(P＞0.05)，均有较好的疗效;但停药3个月后两组的总有效率有显著性差异(P＜0.05)。两组治疗前后血清IgE、IL－4水平的差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01)，治疗组血清IgE、IL－4治疗后低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。结论:益气脱敏汤治疗变应性鼻炎患儿能取得良好的临床疗效，其疗效稳定持久，能降低IgE、IL－4水平，优于单纯西医治疗。关键词:益气脱敏汤;变应性鼻炎;儿童;IgE;IL－4中图分类号:Ｒ765．21文献标志

8、eandlasting．ItcanreduceIgEandIL－4levels，betterthanwesternmedicinetreatment．Keywords:YiqiTuominDecoction;allergicrhinitis;children;IgE;IL－4变应性鼻炎(allerqicrhinitis，AＲ)是儿童常见的病例均参照中华医学会耳鼻喉头颈外科分会制定的诊呼吸道疾病之一，与其他变应性疾病一样，全球AＲ的断标准2011版《儿童变应性鼻炎诊断和治疗指［1］。AＲ还在很多方
