1、竺燮兰壁竺兰．1燃黜中文摘要目的：本研究观察夷芎汤配灸法在治疗d,JL变应性鼻炎(风寒犯肺证)的临床疗效，旨在阐明中医中药及灸法治疗小儿变应性鼻炎的优越性。从而拓展治疗小儿变应性鼻炎的治疗途径，并为本病的中医药治疗研究积累一定素材。方法：研究以60例符合小儿变应性鼻炎诊断，年龄在2岁以上患儿为对象，随机按l：1分为治疗组、中药对照组各30例。治疗组给予口服夷芎汤配灸百会穴的联合治疗方法，中药对照组只予夷芎汤口服，疗程为14天。治疗过程前后观察并记录两组患儿临床症状、体征的变化及计分。最终将收集资料整理，进行统计学处理和治疗结果分析。结果：研究结果显示，治疗组显效率为63．33％，

2、总有效率为93．33％；中药对照组显效率为56．66％，总有效率为90．00％。治疗组及中药对照组自身前后在各主症及次症上比较，P0．05，说明治疗组与中药对照组总体疗效上无差异；分析各个主证及次证，治疗组与中药对照组在鼻阻、睡眠、出汗、恶风症状上计分比较，P
