1、SICENCE新闻发布作者:张宁稿号:NRR-272-14脊髓损伤动物模型的建立和评估现有治疗脊髓损伤的方法尚不能治愈该损伤,因此建立理想的动物模型对于研究脊髓损伤机制和开发治疗脊髓损伤的方法十分重要和必要。在已有脊髓损伤动物模型中,脊髓挫伤、压迫伤、牵拉伤、光化学诱导、炎症和缺血再灌注损伤模型主要用于脊髓病理生理机制的研究。来自中国浙江大学医学院神经科学研究所的丁明星教授等在《中国神经再生研究(英文版)》杂志2014年11月第22期发表文章,综述和分析了近年脊髓损伤动物模型的文献,评估其用于研究脊髓损伤研究的优缺点。Article:"
