5、sooftenrequiresremedialeducation.Forexample,qualityimprovementprogramsrequireemployeeswhocanproducechartsandgraphsandanalyzedata.Similarly,today'semployeesneedskills(andthustraining)inteambuilding,decisionmaking,andcommunication,aswellastechnologicalandcompute

6、rskills(suchasdesktoppublishingandcomputer-aideddesignandmanufacturing).Andascompetitiondemandsbetterservice,employeesincreasinglyrequirecustomerservicetraining.Asonetrainerputsit:“wedon'tjustconcentratoronthetraditionaltrainingobjectivesanymore...Wesitdownwit
