2、表征,研究不同冷却制度下试样的热延展性,明确冷却制度对连铸坯角部横裂纹的影响。结果表明:传统冷却制度下,试样在800℃时断面收缩率低于40%,断口呈脆性断裂,热塑性差,抗裂纹敏感性低,铁素体和珠光体组织分布不均匀,晶粒粗大析出物沿晶界产生并呈链状分布。热循环冷却制度条件下,试样在800oC时的断面收缩率为53.30%,并且微观组织均匀,晶粒细小,无链状析出物。热循环冷却制度能够有效提高连铸坯表面热延展性,降低裂纹敏感性,消除角部裂纹的产生。关键词:连铸坯;冷却制度;裂纹;热延展性;热模拟中图分类号:TF777.1
