2、05.6”为材料进行杂交制种,比较不同授粉时间、授粉次数的杂交坐果率及杂交种种子数、千粒重、饱满率和发芽率。【结果】花期授粉和蕾期授粉对厚皮甜瓜杂交坐果率、种子数量及质量影响差异不明显。在6:0叽18:00授粉均能坐果并产生正常种子,但以6:00---12:00授粉的种子饱满率和发芽率较高;不同时间段授粉获得的种子数和千粒重差异不明显。授粉次数对厚皮甜瓜坐果率、种子数和种子发芽率影响不明显,但授粉3次的种子饱满率高于授粉1次和授粉2次,授粉2次和授粉3次的种子千粒重高于授粉1次。【结论】厚皮甜瓜杂交制种可在蕾期授粉,以6:00~12:00授粉1次效果较佳。关键词:厚皮甜瓜;杂交制种;授粉时
