2、敏试验，为有效防治对虾早期死亡综合症(EMS)及开展相关领域研究提供基础资料。【方法】以常规方法进行患病虾苗病原菌分离，通过透射电镜观察、Vitek2GN全自动细菌鉴定系统及16SrRNA序列扩增等进行病原菌鉴定，并以K．B纸片扩散法进行药敏试验。【结果】从患病虾苗中分离获得2株优势菌株(HTWl40601和HTWl40602)，根据分离菌株的菌体形态、生理生化特性及16SrDNA序列分析结果，分别判定为鲍希瓦氏菌(Shewanellahaliotis)和创伤弧菌(Vibriovulnificus)。菌株H
