1、钦激光切除术治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤的疗效观察滕立新（110034沈阳，沈阳医学院奉天医院泌尿外科）［摘要］H的探讨经尿道钦激光切除术治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤的疗效。方法随机选取43例膀胱肿瘤患者作为观察组行经尿道钦激光切除术，另选取10例作为对照组行经尿道电切术，总结两组患者■临床资料，对于术时间、失血戢、导尿管留置时间、肿瘤复发情况、肿瘤分期、膀胱穿孔例数等指标进行比较。结果观察组获得准确肿瘤分期、分级，与对照组无明显差异（Q0.05）。两组术后肿斓复发、尿道狭窄发生率均无明显差异（00.05）。观察组手术时间较对照组长S0.01）,但失血量、导尿管留置时间、住院时间均低于对照
