3、IntergovernmentalCommitteeonaTradeExpansionProgrammecreatedundertheKabulDeclaration;GUIDEDbytheprinciplescontainedintheNewDelhiDeclarationadoptedatthethirty-firstsessionoftheEconomicandSocialCommissionforAsiaandthePacific;REALIZINGthattheexpansionoftradecoulda

4、ctasapowerfulstimulustothedevelopmentoftheirnationaleconomies,byexpandinginvestmentandproductionopportunitiesthroughbenefitstobegainedfromspecializationandeconomiesofscale,thusprovidinggreateropportunitiesofemploymentandsecuringhigherlivingstandardsfortheirpop
