2、onsinprivateenterprises,arebecomingstrained,however.Rightsofworkersinprivateenterpriseshavebeendamagedforalongtime,whichhasaffectedthedevelopmentoflaborersandenterprises.Moreover,itwillinfluencetheconstructionofsocialismwithChinesecharacteristics.Thelaborcapitalrelationshipi
3、nprivateenterprisesisadirectcontradictionandconflictofinterest,whichwillbetransformedintoaharmoniouslaborrelationship,whichisatransitionallaborrelationship.Thedevelopmentoflaborrelationsinprivateenterpriseshastwocharacteristics:ononehand,therelationshipbetweencapitalandcapit
4、alisgreatlyimproved.ontheotherhand,thelaborcapitalconflictsandcontradictionsstillexistinlargequantities.Fromtheperspectiveofstakeholders,therearemanyfactorsthataffectlaborrelations.Amongthesefactors,thecontrastsofpowerbetweenLaborandcapital,thegovernment'spositionandattitude
5、tobothLaborandcapital,laborunion'sabilitytocoordinatelaborrelations,theattentiondegreeofmediaandconsumerhavegreateffectonthedevelopmentofprivateenterpriselaborrelations.Accordingtothecharacteristicsoftheprivateenterpriselaborrelationsaswellasthefactorsofstakeholders,thispape
