2、akeadeepresearchonthemechanismoftherelationshipbetweencustomerparticipation,employeeinnovativebehaviorandserviceinnovationperformance.Thenthisessayconstructsthestructureequationmodelofthecorrelationvariables.TheresearchobjectofthispaperistheserviceenterprisesinPearlRiverregion.Andweanalyzeth
3、ecollecteddatabyusingSPSSandAMOSstatisticalsoftwaretotestthehypothesisinordertofindouttheinfluencemechanismbetweenthevariables.Theempiricalresultsshowthat:first,customerparticipationhasasignificantpositiveeffectontheserviceinnovationperformance.Themorecustomerparticipated,thebetterperformanc
4、etheserviceinnovationis.Second,customerparticipationhasasignificantpositiveeffectontheemployeeinnovativebehavior,Themorecustomerparticipated,Thebetteremployeeinnovativebehavioris.Third,employeeinnovationbehaviorhasasignificantpositiveeffectontheserviceinnovationperformance,themoreemployeeinn
5、ovativebehavior,thebetterinnovationperformanceis.Fourth,employeeinnovationbehaviorvariableplaysthepartoftheintermediaryroleintheprocessthatcustomerparticipatesinserviceinnovationperformanceofenterprises.Thatmeansthatcustomerparticipationinfectstheserviceinnovationperformancebythevariablesofe
