1、创新性绩效的上升略有滞后,同时,各省市区间存在创业质量分布不均且差距不断增大的趋势。基于第六章的数据,第七章主要从区域环境及创业质量的自我反馈机制两个视角分析了我国区域间创业质量不均衡以及差距不断增长的原因。研究表明,区域环境包括一般经济环境、资源供给和制度与文化等会通过影响潜在创业者投入高质量创业的努力程度进而影响区域创业质量。同时,总体创业质量、创新性绩效和规模性绩效均存在正向的自我回馈机制,该机制会带来“马太效应”,使区域环境较为不利的地区陷入低质量的锁定状态。最后,本文对以上研究发现进行了总结,并提出政策启示
