1、AbstractWiththerisingpowerofChina'seconomic,moreandmorecompanieschoosetoenterforeignmarketsintheformofoverseasmergersandacquisitions,speedingupthepaceofoverseasinvestmentofChineseenterprises.Onlyinthefirstquarterof2015,Chineseenterprisesoverseasmergersandacquisitionsamountis$20.2
2、billion;bothquantityandamountreacharecord.Butatthesametime,enterprisesintheprocessofoverseasm&aofrisksandissuesarealsoincreasinglydiversifiedandcomplicated.Underthebackgroundofeconomicglobalization,thepaperstudiestherelationshipofpublicdiplomacyandoverseasm&aofChineseenterprises.
3、Astheworld'seconomicnetworknode,enterpriseshasbecomeanimportantforceininternationalrelations.Therefore,enterprisesbegintocarryoutpublicdiplomacy,arenotonlycallofTheTimes,andarealsotheobjectiveneedofenterprisedevelopment.ThestudiesemphasisontheChineseenterprisesoverseasm&a,whichba
4、sedontheanalysisofthecharacteristicsandtheinfluencefactors.Fromtheempiricalperspective,expoundstheproblemsintheChineseenterprisesinoverseasmergersandacquisitions,aswellastheunderstandingofpublicdiplomacypractice.Andwiththefurtherhelpoftherelateddata,itshowsthattheestablishmentand
5、implementationofpublicdiplomacyofourcountryenterprisetransnationalmergerandacquisitionoflong-terminfluenceandfollow-upaction.Throughresearch,therelationsbetweenstateandpublicdiplomacyaremutualconstruction.Enterpriseisanimportantsubjectofpublicdiplomacy,thewayitsthinkingandoperati
6、ngintheoverseasm&aimpactsandreflectsthecountry'simageandbehavior.Ontheotherhand,thenationalimageinthepositionoftheinternationalsystemanddiscoursepowertoenterprises"goingout"isalsoshapedthemacroenvironment,whichhasagreatimpactonthedevelopmentoftheoverseaseconomicactivity.Publicdip
