4、ootstotheemergenceinthelate19thcenturyofAfricanAmericanbluesandthegrowthofgospelmusicinthe1920s.TheAfricanAmericanbasisforpopularmusicusedelementsderivedfromEuropeanandindigenousmusics.TheUnitedStateshasalsoseendocumentedfolkmusicandrecordedpopularmusicproducedi
