1、(20届)毕业设计罗匹尼罗中间体2-甲基-3-硝基苯乙酸的合成II摘要:2-甲基-3-硝基苯乙酸是合成罗匹尼罗的一种重要中间体。本文主要研究了以2-甲基-3-硝基苯甲酸为原料,经过缩合,还原,溴代,取代,水解五步反应制得目标产物2-甲基-3-硝基苯乙酸,总收率为54.19%,并对目标产物进行了熔点和核磁氢谱表征。关键词:2-甲基-3-硝基苯乙酸;合成;工艺;IIAbstract:2-methyl-3-nitrophenylaceticacidisanimportantintermediateofRopinirole.Inthispaper2-m
