1、(20届)毕业论文快速显色法筛选白蔹酯提物抗菌活性II摘要:本课题的主要目的是通过快速测试白蔹乙酸乙酯提取物对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌性能,建立定性及定量的测试方法,得到白蔹乙酸乙酯提取物抗菌性能的具体数据,为开发功能性中药材提供理论和实验基础。以快速显色法测定白蔹酯提物抗菌活性,该测定方法以MTT为指示剂在96孔板上进行操作,经测试证明白蔹乙酸乙酯提取物对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均具有一定的抗菌活性。大肠杆菌对浓度为100mg/ml的白蔹乙酸乙酯提物敏感。对浓度为25mg/ml的白蔹乙酸乙酯提物耐药。
