1、门冬氨酸钾镁用于术中补钾的临床研究【关键词】门冬氨酸钾镁【摘要】H的观察门冬氨酸钾镁的临床效果。方法选择ASAI〜II级全麻下行腹部手术病人60例,随机分成4组(n=15),病人入手术室后采静脉血检测钾、镁离子浓度及尿中钾离子浓度,开始全麻诱导。各组补钾液在40min内滴完,静点平衡液1500ml,在补钾后120min滴完。以用药前、用药后60min.120min为取时点监测参数。I组作对照,不补钾、镁;II组单纯补氯化钾;III组补氯化钾加硫酸镁;IV组补门冬氨酸钾镁。后3组补钾液中钾离子浓度及总
2、量相同,后2组补钾液中镁离子浓度及总量相同。结果用药前4组病人血淸钾、镁离子浓度无明显差异(P>0.05),用药后I组血清钾、镁离子浓度有不同程度降低;II组血淸钾浓度比I组升高明显(P<0.01),镁浓度降低,尿中钾浓度较高;III组血清钾浓度升高幅度略低于II组(P>0.05),镁浓度未降低,尿中钾浓度低于I【组;IV组血淸钾、镁浓度升高与III组差异无显著性(P>0.05),尿中钾浓度明显低于III组(P<0.01)o4组病人均未见明显副作用,ECG未见传导阻滞及高钾、高镂改变。结论静滴门冬氨
