3、nfairactivitiesprovidedbySection337,theITCwouldissueLimitedExclusionOrder,theCeaseorDesistOrder,orGeneralExclusionOrderstotheimportedproductswhicharecomplainedtoconstituteinfringementsaccordingtotheneedsofspecificcases・IftheGeneralExclusionOrderisissued,theimp
4、ortedproductswhichareinvolvedwillbetemporarilyorpermanentlyexcludedfromthemarketofUnitedStates.SocomparedwiththeAnti-dumpinginvestigations,337investigationsaregreaterdestructionthantheAnti・dumpinginvestigationandStatesshouldpaymoreattention.Especially,whenmore
5、andmoreChineseenterprisesweresubjectedto337investigations,Chineseenterprisesshallnotmerelypassivelyrespondbutactivelyparticipateintheinvestigation.Therearemainlytwomeasures・Firstly,weshallactivelyrespondtheinvestigationandarguebytherulesof337inordertoprotectou
