3、resultofthenewemployeesmaycomefromtheunfavorablerecruitmentofnewstaffs.Therefore,whatfactorsprobablyinfluencedrecruitingquality?Howtodealwiththem?Thewriterexplainedtheseissuesfromthefollowingpoints.First,Barber(citedinDeCieri&Kramar2008)definedrecruitmentsasanypracticeoractivitywhich

4、implementedbythecorporationwiththepredominantaimofidentifyingandabsorbingpotentialemployees.Also,Tyson(2006)argueditasthemostsignificantofhumanresourcefunctions.Further,recruitmentactivitiesaredesignedtoaffect:thequantityandthetypeofpeoplewhoapplyforvacancies;andthepossibilitythattho

5、seapplyingwillacceptpositionsthecompanyoffered(Breaugh,citedinDeCieri&Kramar2008).Thegoalofarecruitmentprogramistoguaranteethatthecorporationhasenoughqualifiedcandidatestochoosewhenavacancyoccurs(DeCieriandKramar2008).Moreover,corporaterecruitingpoliciesshouldbethesubstantialfactorth

6、atlikelytoinfluencerecruitingquality.TherearefourhumanresourcepoliciesstatedbyDeCieriandKramar(2008)andtheyare(a)internalvs.externalrecruiting;(b)Higherpaystrategies;(c)imageadvertisement;and(d)othernewrecruitingstrategies.Andfortheservicecompany,theproblemisthepoormatchingofjobtothe

7、‘new’employees,soitmustfacesomeproblemsofexternalrecruitmentratherthaninternalone.Further,thesecondpolicycouldbethemosteffectiveandefficientwaytoattractpotentialemployeesinshort-term(DeCieriandKramar2008),butowingtotheuncertaintiesoftheorganization’sbusinessenvironment,thisstrategyma
