4、implementedbythecorporationwiththepredominantaimofidentifyingandabsorbingpotentialemployees.Also,Tyson(2006)argueditasthemostsignificantofhumanresourcefunctions.Further,recruitmentactivitiesaredesignedtoaffect:thequantityandthetypeofpeoplewhoapplyforvacancies;andthepossibilitythattho
5、seapplyingwillacceptpositionsthecompanyoffered(Breaugh,citedinDeCieri&Kramar2008).Thegoalofarecruitmentprogramistoguaranteethatthecorporationhasenoughqualifiedcandidatestochoosewhenavacancyoccurs(DeCieriandKramar2008).Moreover,corporaterecruitingpoliciesshouldbethesubstantialfactorth
6、atlikelytoinfluencerecruitingquality.TherearefourhumanresourcepoliciesstatedbyDeCieriandKramar(2008)andtheyare(a)internalvs.externalrecruiting;(b)Higherpaystrategies;(c)imageadvertisement;and(d)othernewrecruitingstrategies.Andfortheservicecompany,theproblemisthepoormatchingofjobtothe
