1、毕业论文（20__届）服务外包产业园创新集群发展比较研究I摘要上世纪80年代末开始，西方发达国家的跨国公司为了降低成本、提高效率、增强企业核心竞争力和对环境应变能力，将非核心的IT服务业务外包。经过二十多年的发展，如今的服务外包行业已经颇具规模。在“后经济危机”时代，伴随着以信息技术为代表的高新技术和经济全球化的发展，以服务外包为突出特征的新一轮产业转移正在全球范围内蓬勃展开，成为国际国内竞相发展的产业和争夺的焦点。目前，我国已设立有21个服务外包示范城市，服务外包产业园在促进科技成果的转化、培育创新型的高科技企业、推动区域经济发展方面起了带动、辐射作用。创新集群是一种简化
2、了的国家创新体系，是我国服务外包产业园区“二次升级”的最佳途径。因此，加快服务外包产业集群发展，利用创新集群优势来推进我国服务外包产业发展便成为一项重要议题。本文通过运用“钻石模型”对天津滨海服务外包园、苏州园区外包产业园、宁波数字科技园的发展状况和竞争力进行了比较研究。根据宁波服务外包产业园发展的社会环境和客观条件，针对目前存在的问题，对宁波服务外包产业园创新集群的建设提出了对策建议。关键词：服务外包；产业园；创新集群IAbstractBeginningattheendofthe1980s,thewesterndevelopedcountriesmultinational
