4、nNewZealandshowedthataquarterofrespondentcompaniesdidn'thaveasystematicapproachtomeasuringcustomersatisfactionandonly13%adoptanapproachthatwouldallowthemtoeffectivelymanageitupwards.Theabilitytomovefromsimplymeasuringlevelsofcustomersatisfactionandloyaltytobeingabletoa
5、ctivelymanagethemupwardsmakesasignificantdifferenceinjustifyinginvestmentinthisarea.EconomictruthsofcustomersatisfactionTheeconomicimperativeformorecompaniestotakethemeasurementandmanagementofservicequalityandcustomersatisfactionmoreseriouslyisclearwhenyouconsidertheim
