1、视黄醇结合蛋白、胱抑素C及B2微球蛋白联检对2型糖尿病早期肾损害的诊断价值【摘要】目的:探讨视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP).胱抑素C(CysC)及B2微球蛋白(B2-MG)联检对2型糖尿病(T2DM)早期肾损害的诊断价值。方法:将选取的125例T2DM患者根据尿白蛋白排泄率分成止常蛋白尿组(62例)、微量蛋白尿组(63例),另选健康体检人员45例做对照组,所冇受检者血清RBP采用免疫透射比浊法检测,CysC、B2-MG采用颗粒增强免疫透射比浊法检测。结果:微量蛋白尿组血清RBP、CysC、B2TIG、Urea及Crea含量及阳性率较另外
2、两组高(P<0.05);正常蛋白尿组RBP、CysC及B2-MG含量及阳性率较对照组高(P<0.05);两试验组RBP、CysC、B2-MG阳性率较Urea或Crea高(P<0.05);两试验组RBP与CysC联检的阳性率较单项指标高,RBP、CysC与B2-MG三项联检时阳性率较RBP与CysC两项联检高(P〈0.05)。结论:RBP、CysC及B2-MG可作为T2DM早期肾损伤诊断的有价值的指标,联合检测意义更大。【关键词】视黄醇结合蛋白;胱抑素C;02微球蛋白;2型糖尿病;早期肾损害中图分类号R587.2文献标识码A文章编号
