1、物流业对一个地区的发展起着至关重要的作用。发展区域物流业即是满足它自身需要的要求，也是其加快经济发展、提升产业结构的一个重要机遇。物流业发展可以有效降低物质消耗、提高劳动生产率，创造“第三利润J已经得到越來越多的地区和行业的共识。随着我国市场经济的建立和发展，我国政府冇关部门和广人企业也越來越深刻地认识到现代物流业对经济发展的促进作用。区域物流以其强人的凝聚力、辐射力成为区域经济发展的动力保障。“十七大"提岀了推动区域协调发展的战略，大力促进东部地区的发展。在区域经济战略发展格局改变的形式下，辽宁也形成了具冇发展特点的局部区域物流系统，并且已成为振兴东北

2、地区经济的重要内容，随着辽宁省经济的稳定发展和政府政策的调整，物流产业发展前景广阔。本文首先根据辽宁省的具体物流状况指明发展辽宁区域物流的重要意义，并分析了辽宁省发展区域物流的自身优势，运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法对辽宁区域物流发展现状进行评价，进而提出了发展辽宁区域物流对策建议，本课题的研究对于辽宁区域物流的发展具有一定的指导意义。关键词物流发展，层次分析法，评价指标AbstractLogisticindustryisvitalimportantintheprocessofdevelopmentofregion.Thedevelopmentofreg
