5、ia,andappliestotheMilitaryDepartments,theDefenseAgencies,andtheDoDFieldActivitiesinaccordancewithUSD(AT&L)Memorandumdated29May2002.UFCwillbeusedforallDoDprojectsandworkforothercustomerswhereappropriate.AllconstructionoutsideoftheUnitedStatesisalsogovernedbyStatusofForcesAgr
