3、cementofemployees9awareofrightsmaintenance,thegrowthoflaborunionetc,allthesefactorsleadtotheappearanceoflabordisputes-Themainreasonofthisisbecausethelaborcontractsbetweenenterprisesandlaborerscannotplaytheirroles.Theincorrectmanagementoflaborcontractsleadstovarydegreesoflegalrisksthate
4、nterpriseshavetofacewith.Theformscausesandeffectsonenterpriseslaborcontractmanagementoftheserisksandsuchproblemsareworthstudyingforenteipriseoperatorsandscholars.Inlightoftheseactualrealities,thisthesistriestoevaluatethelegalrisksofenterprises'laborcontractmanagementinChina,andproposes
5、omemeasurestopreventtheselegalrisks.Tobespecific,firstly,thisthesisdeterminesthesignificanceandobjectivesofthisstudy.Secondly,thisthesisfullyintroduceslegalrisksofenterpriseslaborcontractmanagementincludingtheconceptafeatures>contentsandfunctions.Moreover,thisthesisalsoproposestheforma
6、tionsandcausesoflegalrisksindifferentlinksoflaborcontractmanagementthroughanalyzingthem.Thus,accordingtotheseanalysis,Ichoosefuzzyanalyticalhierarchyprocess(FAHP)andfuzzycomprehensiveevaluationtoevaluatethelegalriskstateofenterpriselaborcontractmanagement.Thirdly,thisthesisestablishest
