2、具有一定科学依据的，那么，“如何抓”“怎么抓”就成了需要研究的问题。家庭教育对于儿童的成长起到的重要作用越来越引起社会及家长的广泛关注，而家庭教育指导是一种业余的教育，所以系统研究家庭教育指导体系，提供科学有效的家庭教育指导依据，既能满足家庭教育诉求所需，乂能解决家庭教育问题所必须。在家庭教育指导服务休系屮，家庭教育指导者起着尤其关键的作用，他能够影响家庭教育的目的、形式和开展的内容。以杭州市从事家庭教育指导的服务者为调查对象，通过问卷调查，我们可以了解到家庭教育指导者本人的相关背景，如：年龄、学历、工作、家庭等、家庭教育
3、指导工作的开展情况和家庭教育服务的组织管理状况，从而知道当而家庭教育中存在的问题，以便为解决问题而反思出相应的对策。该研究对当前家庭教育指导情况做出了评述，进行了调查，并且基于这些研究和相关经验提岀了针对性的解决问题的对策方法，为家庭教育指导发展提供的可参考的系统性的指导，使家庭教育指导服务能够科学发展。关键词：家庭教育指导家庭教育指导服务者问题对策Theinvestigationandanalysisoftheproblemsoffamilyeducationguidance—acasestudyofHangzhouAb
