5、newableenergysources(DispersedGeneration,DG),especiallysmallandmediumsizesolarandwindpowerplants;therevivaloftheElectricalVehicle(EV),inparticularthePlug-inHybridEV(PHEV).Thesechangingswereborntoimprovetheenvironmentalsustainabilityoftheenergyprocessofgeneration,t
6、ransportandfinalutilization,andinvolvedinthenecessitytomodernizetheelectricgridinfrastructure,butsomeproblemscomealong.Firstly,therenewableenergysources,assolarandwind,havealowenergydensityandfortheirnaturearedistributedresourcesthatcannotbeprogrammedineasyway.The
7、yhaveacharacteristicofuncontrollablegeneration.Ontheotherhand,thespreadofPHEVisabletocauseunpredictableloadincreasesonthegrid.TheincrementofDGandtheEVcouldbringthegridtoinstabilityortoworkininefficientwaywithouttakingrealadvantagesbythecleanproducedenergyandtheuse
