1、基于学习风格的个体化教学在正常人体结构教学中的应用周瑞芳,金建明,朱禧,张黎明,俞大力(江苏省泰州职业技术学院医学技术学院,225300)摘要:目的:探讨基于学习风格的个体化教学在高职护生的正常人体结构教学中的应用效果。方法:以泰州职业技术学院2014级护理1班为实验组,2班为对照组,实验组在正常人体结构教学中采用基于学习风格的个体化教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式。课程结束后,对两组学生的考试成绩进行统计学分析,并通过问卷调查方式进行教学效果的评价。结果:实验组学生的总评成绩为80.37±7.15,对照组学牛的总评成
2、绩为76.62土&53,t检验显示实验组较对照组学牛的考试成绩有明显的提高(P〈0.05)。卡方检验显示:实验组学生的教学评价明显优于对照组学生(P<0.05)o结论:基于学习风格的个体化教学在正常人体结构教学中的应用取得了一定的效果,冇助于增强学习的主动性及参与度,增强团队合作能力,增强总体教学效果,提高对本课程及护理专业的热爱,提高学习的享受度和总体满意度,有助于提高学牛的学习效果。关键词:学习风格;高职护主;正常人体结构;ApplicationofLearning-style-basedModelInTeachi
