1、病毒性肺炎胸部CT特点研究doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.12.68摘要目的：总结病毒性肺炎胸部CT表现特点，进一步提高CT诊断水平。方法：2013年1月-2014年1月收治病毒性肺炎患者50例，所有患者均使用GE多排螺旋CT机进行检查和分析。结果：肺炎发生在左肺19例(38.0%),右肺22例(44.0%),双肺均有病变9例(18.0%)o肺炎形态表现统计，50例患者发生22种形态改变，其中表现为支气管血管束增粗12例，条索影14例，胸膜下网状影1例，小结节影12例，大片状实变影10例，支气管气象30例，碎石征2
2、6例，磨玻璃影41例。伴随改变表现为腋窝淋巴结增大6例，纵膈淋巴结增大8例，肺门增大6例，肺门影增宽、密度增强。右侧气胸1例，胸膜肥厚6例，胸腔积液22例，其中双侧均有胸腔积液16例，单侧胸腔积液6例。结论：病毒性肺炎CT主要表现为磨玻璃影及碎石征，而且多伴有胸腔积液。关键词病毒性肺炎CT表现磨玻璃影碎石征胸腔积液AnalysisofchestCTcharacteristicsofviralpneumoniaLiWeil,WangYue2CTDepartment,theEconomicDevelopmentZoneCenterHospitalofYi
