1、园艺学报2009,36(1):87-92ActaHorticulturaeSinica茶树β-葡萄糖苷酶和β-樱草糖苷酶基因表达差异分析333陈亮,赵丽萍,马春雷,王新超,姚明哲(中国农业科学院茶叶研究所,茶树资源与改良研究中心/国家茶树改良中心,杭州310008)摘要:β-葡萄糖苷酶和β-樱草糖苷酶是茶叶香气释放过程中2个重要的内源性水解酶。采用实时定量PCR技术,分析了‘龙井43’茶品种春季不同嫩度新梢,以及8个不同品种春季一芽二叶的β-葡萄糖苷酶和β-樱草糖苷酶基因的表达差异。结果表明,β-葡萄糖苷酶基因表达量以一芽三叶最高,为7-15183×10cop
2、y·μL,一芽三叶>一芽一叶>一芽二叶>一芽四叶;β-樱草糖苷酶基因在一芽一叶表达6-1量很低,一芽二叶最高(2149×10copy·μL),而后随着成熟度的增加而降低。β-葡萄糖苷酶基因的表达量明显高于β-樱草糖苷酶基因,一芽二叶和一芽三叶新梢中两个基因的表达量均较高。8个不同品种中,‘福鼎大白茶’2个基因表达量均非常高。8个品种β-葡萄糖苷酶基因表达量是β-樱草糖苷酶的2016(214~4516)倍。不过,‘龙井43’不同时空、不同茶树品种β-葡萄糖苷酶活性测定结果与基因表达量之间的相关性均不明显。关键词:茶树;香气;基因;表达差异中图分类号:S57111
