2、hepairinginasystemofelectronsandholesintwospatiallyseparatedparallelplanesisstudiedinthecaseofelectron-holeasymmetrycausedbythedifferenceinthecarriersmassesandtheirchemicalpotentials.Itisfoundthatthesuperfluidstateispossibleinawiderangeoftheasymmetryparameters,becausetheasymmetriescaneffective

3、lycompensateeachother.Itispredictedthatthesystemmayexhibittwocriticaltemperaturesforsomeasymmetryparameters.Thelowercriticaltemperaturecorrespondstothesuperfluidtransitioninducedbythermalfluctuations.Intheasymmetricsystemacoexistenceofthenormalandsuperfluidstatesispossibleevenatzerotemperature
