3、maliciousfaults.InthisOrganizationforStandardization(ISO)andtheInternationalpaper,faultdiagnosisschemesforthelightweightinternationallystandardizedblockcipherCLEFIAareproposed.Thissymmetric-ElectrotechnicalCommission(IEC)(ISO/IEC29192-2)[5]tokeycipheriscompatiblewithyetlighterinhardwarethanthepr
4、ovidesecuritymeasuresforconstrainedapplications.AdvancedEncryptionStandardandenablestheimplementationTheCLEFIAprovidesacceptableconfidentialityand,com-ofcryptographicfunctionalitywithlowcomplexityandpowerparedtotheAES,hasmorecompacthardwareimplementationsconsumption.Tothebestoftheauthorsknowledge
5、,therehas[6].ItisnotedthatthestrengthoftheCLEFIAhasbeenbeennofaultdiagnosisschemepresentedintheliteraturefortheCLEFIAtodate.Inadditiontoprovidingfaultdiagnosisbenchmarkedinanumberofpreviousresearchworkssuchapproachesforthelinearblocksintheencryptionandthede-as[7]–[9].TheCLEFIAisa128-bblockcipher
6、utilizedtocryptionoftheCLEFIA,errordetectionapproachesarepresentedprotectthedatatransmittedinconstrainedapplicationssuchforthenonlinearS-boxes,applicabletotheircomposite-fieldim-asradio-frequency-identificationtagsdeployedinindustrialplementationsaswellastheirlookuptablerealizations.Throughsetups,
