6、ociatedwithcranialnervesthermalstimuli.Inaddition,isolatedafferentshavebeenusedtopuV,VII,VIII,IXandX.Thegreatmajorityoftheseneuronsarestudyprocessesimportantforbothcentralandperipheralnervousorderivedfromtheneuralcrest,althoughsomecomefromplacodalsystemfunction,suchasregeneration26,27andthero
