4、loodflow(CBF)changesmeasuredwitharterialspinlabeling(ASL),DiffuseOpticalTomography(DOT)andbloodoxygenlevel-dependent(BOLD)recordingstoreconstructchangesinKeywords:oxy-(ΔHbO2)anddeoxyhemoglobin(ΔHbR).UsingtheGrubbrelationbetweenrelativechangesinCBFandfNIRScerebralbloodvolume(CBV),weincorpo

5、ratedtheASLmeasurementasapriortothetotalhemoglobincon-fMRIASLcentrationchange(ΔHbT).WeappliedthisASLfusionmodeltobothsyntheticdataandexperimentalmul-CMROtimodalrecordingsduringa2-sfinger-tappingtask.Ourresultsshowthatthenewapproachisvery2BOLDcalibrationpowerfulinestimatingΔHbO2andΔHbRwith

6、highspatialandquantitativeaccuracy.Moreover,ourMultimodalimagingapproachallowsthecomputationofbaselinetotalhemoglobinconcentration(HbT0)aswellasoftheBOLDcalibrationfactorMonasinglesubjectbasis.WeobtainedanaverageHbT0of71μM,anaverageMvalueof0.18andanaverageincreaseof13%incerebralmetabolic
