3、ooperation.Thepapergivessystematicscientificmeasureandevaluationofinternationalmathematicalresearch,especiallyforChina.Italsopresentsamatrixmodelofthecooperationnetwork.Duringthe16years,thetrendtowardcooperationofinternationalmathematicalresearchhasincreasedsubstantial
4、ly.Thenumberofinternationallyco-authoredpapersincreasedataspeedof6.99%peryearinthewordandat15.91%peryearinChina.IntroductionThetrendtowardcooperationinbasicscientificresearchisbecomingmoreprominentintheageofinformation.Theglobalinformationnetworkandscientificresearchco
5、llaborationamongdisciplines,amonginstitutionsaswellasamongcountries,aredevelopingspeedily.Asaresult,internationalcooperationbecomesanimportantmethodfortheimprovementofmodernscienceandtechnology.Oneofthesignificantmethodstodevelopbasicresearchisinternationalcooperation,
6、whichisanessentialpartofbasicresearch.Duetotheevidentoriginalityofbasicresearch,thereshouldbecommunicationandevaluationininternationalscientificcommunities.Theuniversalityofbasicresearchmakesitsurpassthedifferencesbetweennationsandpolitics,andthenbecomesacommonpattern.
