2、andqualitycontrolofthetransmissionanddistributionfacilitiesofanyperson,otherthanManitobaHydro,whosefacilitiesareinterconnectedwiththetransmissionanddistributionlinesofManitobaHydro.PursuanttoSection10ofRegulation186/90–ElectricPowerTermsandConditionsandSupply,Manito

3、baHydroisauthorizedtodeterminethevoltage,frequency,phasingandothercharacteristicsofpower,thedeterminationofwhichisfinalandbindingontheuser.Pursuanttothislegislativeauthority,ManitobaHydrohasestablishedthefollowingTransmissionSysteminterconnectionrequirementsforfacil

4、itiesinterconnectedtotheMHTRANSMISSIONSYSTEM.PLANNINGSTANDARDSCompliancewiththetechnicalrequirementsdescribedinthisdocumentwillensurethatfacilitiesinterconnectedtotheMHTRANSMISSIONSYSTEMwillcomplywiththeplanningcriteriaofMH.Theinterconnectedfacilitieswillalsocomplyw

5、iththereliabilityrequirementsoftheMidwestReliabilityOrganization(oritssuccessororganization)andtheNorthAmericanElectricReliabilityCorporation,NERC,(oritssuccessororganization)ReliabilityStandards[1].FacilityOwners/Operatorsareresponsibletoensurethattheyarecompliantw
