4、gsystemdevelopment,toeval-uatetheachievableperformanceanditsdependencyonsystemproperties;(b)assimulationtoolsforgearshiftcontrolalgorithmdesign.Inthispaper,physically-baseddetailednonlinearmodelsoftheelectro-hydraulicactuatedgearboxandofthedryclutchelectro-h
5、ydrau-licactuatorofanautomatedmanualtransmissionaredeveloped.Inordertoanalyzetheirbehaviorandtheirimpactonthedrivetrainduringgearshifts,actuatormodelsareintegratedwithasimplifiedtransmissionshaftsdynamics.Areduced-ordermodelofthegearboxactuator,whichisvalidwh
