3、(2)Toinvestigatetheeffectonfairresourceallocationforhealthinspectionservices．Thisstudywouldprovidethescientificbasisonwhichmeasurescouldbesetforoptimizedhealthinspectionhumanresourcesallocation．Methods：Thedatawerecollectedfrominvestigation，annualstatisticsreportofhealthsupervisionor

4、ganizationsandGuangzhoustatisticyearbook．All12-districthealthinspectionorganizationswereselectedbymeansofquestionnaireandregularregister．Analysisonbasicinformationwascarriedoutincomparisonwiththe‘GuidetotheConstructionoftheHealthInspectionOrganization’．Theinformationonthepopulationa

5、ndgeographicalacreagein2006Wascollectedtoestimatetheimpartialitywithbox-whiskersplot，theLorenzcurveandGINIcoefficient，andtoprovidetheempiricalstudyresultforapplyingthesemethodsinevaluationoftheabovementionedaspects．TheLorenzcurveandGINIcoefficientwerewidelyusedtostudythedistribution
