2、rystallinesiliconmaterials,besides,flexiblesubstratewillmaketheapplicationfiledofthiskindofsolarcellveryexpansive.ThethesisdescribeshowtouseRF—PECVDtechnologytodepositPtypemicrocrystallinesiliconmaterialsandadversestructureamorphoussolarcells、矶thflexiblesubstrate,afterintroducingthedevelopmentb
3、ackground,experimentandtestingmethodsofsolarcells,thisthesistakesinfluenceofPtypemicrocrystallinesiliconfilmandapplicationtosolarcellsasitsmainpart.IntheinvestigationofPtypemicrocrystallinesiliconfilm,thethesisdiscussestheinfluenceofhydrogendilution,reactivepressure,dischargepower,substratetemp
