7、aticvoltageregu-lator(AVR)andtheturbinegovernorforaturbogeneratorcon-nectedtothepowergrid.Theneurocontrollerdesignusesanoveltechniquebasedontheadaptivecriticdesigns(ACDs),specificallyonheuristicdynamicprogramming(HDP)anddualheuristicpro-gramming(DHP).Resultsshow
