3、ylpolypyrrolidone)method,andfreezingandthawingmethodandthecrudeDNAfromrhizospheresoilwerepurifiedbydialysismethod,silverbeadsabsorptionmethod,andsqueezingDNAgelmethod.Theresultsofdifferentextractingandpurifyingmethodswerecomparedandevaluated.Resultsindicatedthatthebestmethodofextractionfo
4、rmicroorganismDNAinrhizospheresoilwasproteinseKbasedonSDSmethodwithhighsaltconcentrationof1.0%(w/v)NaCl,whichcouldeffectivelyeliminatehumicacidsandotherimpurities.ThedialysismethodwassuitabletopurifyDNAfromrhizospheresoilbecauseofeffectivelyremovingbrownmattersandhumicacidsandthepurifiedp
