1、江西农业学报2013,25(1):28~30ActaAgriculturaeJiangxi重金属复合污染对青菜生长和生理生化指标的影响1121*杨若鹏,田登科,张祖芸,张德刚(1.红河学院生命科学与技术学院,云南蒙自661100;2.云南省农业科学院蚕桑蜜蜂研究所,云南蒙自661101)摘要:通过盆栽试验,研究了不同浓度的重金属复合污染对青菜生长及其生理生化指标的影响,结果表明:(1)随着污染浓度的增加,青菜的叶面积呈逐渐下降的趋势,2倍国标处理显著低于其他处理;2倍国标处理的株高显著低于其他处理
2、;对照的地上部分鲜重显著高于其他处理,0.5倍国标和1倍国标处理显著高于1.5倍国标和2倍国标处理。(2)在重金属复合污染下,青菜维生素C含量有一定的下降,但随着污染浓度的增加而呈逐渐升高的趋势,且各处理之间差异不显著。(3)随着污染浓度的增加,青菜的过氧化氢酶活性呈逐渐下降的趋势,对照组显著高于复合污染处理组,0.5倍国标处理显著高于1.5倍国标处理。(4)青菜的脯氨酸含量随着污染浓度的增加而呈先增加后下降的趋势,但是各处理之间的差异不显著。关键词:重金属;复合污染;青菜;生理生化指标;生长中图
