1、中华医学超声杂志(电子版)2011年2月第8卷第2期ChinJMedUltrasound(ElectronicEdition),February2011,Vol8,No.2·365··临床研究·乳腺黏液癌的超声图像特征分析黄润生刘英姿杨敏吴秀花顾成章【摘要】目的对乳腺黏液癌的超声图像特征进行分析从而提高其超声诊断准确率。方法对14例手术病理证实为乳腺黏液癌患者的超声图像及其病理特征进行回顾性分析。结果14例乳腺黏液癌术前超声诊断为乳腺恶性肿瘤8例,可疑恶性肿瘤5例,误诊为良性结节1例。14例黏液癌超声表现为纵径与横径比值均<1,多数单纯型黏液癌形态规则、内部回声不均、后方回声增强,单纯型黏液癌
2、很少出现微钙化及晕征。混和型黏液癌形态多不规则、内部回声不均匀、后方回声衰减。CDFI示9例肿瘤周边或内部可见点条状血流信号,脉冲波多普勒显示血流阻力指数(RI)均>0.7。术后病理诊断单纯型黏液癌11例,均无腋窝淋巴结转移;混合型黏液癌3例,其中2例伴同侧腋窝淋巴结转移。结论不同病理类型乳腺黏液癌超声图像具有一定特征,认识这些特征有助于乳腺黏液癌的诊断。【关键词】乳腺肿瘤;多普勒超声检查;病理学AnalysisonultrasonographicfeaturesofbreastmucinouscarcinomaHUANGRun-sheng,LIUYing-zi,YANGMin,WUXiu-h
