4、ogressinresummationandpartonshowerformalisms,providingnewinsightsintoandsensitivitytoabroadrangeofphysicsaspects.Duetospacelimitation,werefertheinterestedreadertoindividualpapersintheseproceedingsforexactdefinitionsofvariables,experimentalselections,plots,a

6、gspecifictheoreticaldescriptionsandMonteCarlomodels(MC)basedonQCD.WhileresultsfromHERAoninclusive,dijet,andmulti-jetreactions,inducedbyrealandvirtualphotons,dominatedthediscussion,theywerecomplementedbyrecentmulti-jetmeasurementsatLEPthatdirectlyprobethecol
7、orstructureandthecouplingconstantofstronginteractions,andbyavarietyofjetstudiesattheTevatron,coveringalargerangeofjetETandprobingQCDaspectsfromthehardestpartonicscattertothepropertiesofthesoftunderlyingandminimumbiasevents.2.1.InclusiveanddijetresultsfromH
8、ERA,plussomephotonsTheresultspresentedinthesessionsweregenerallyinanimpressiveagreementwiththeoreticalpredictions,formanykinematicvariables,andforseveralordersofmagnitudeofcrosssections.Here,wewillattempttohi
