1、binfo_policy_final生物資訊學在後基因體世代的發展策略楊永正∗摘要人類基因體計畫使生物學增加了一種由發現驅動的研究模式。這種新模式改變了生物學者收集數據的方法，讓生物學者有機會從過去的研究局部現象，邁向從整體看問題的新時代，而生物資訊學則成為催化生醫技術發展的重要領域。這個轉型的過程是危機也是轉機，透過思考、分析未來的需求，將可預測趨勢，作為制定策略與發展途徑的依據。目前在研發方面，應吸引適當的跨領域人才加入，將資訊技術應用於生物學的觀察、提出假說、測試假說，並加強本土人才的培訓。產業方面應開放生物資訊核心實驗室給生

5、tinterdisciplinaryscientists.Hopefully,theymayapplytheirexpertisetofacilitatetheobservation,proposinghypothesis,testinghypothesisstepsinbiomedicalresearch.Moreover,thetrainingforyoungscientistsshouldfocusontheabilitytotackleinterdisciplinaryproblems.Intheindustryaspect
